OVERVIEW:
Ethika Inc. is seeking customer service driven pilots to join our team. Overseen by a highly motivated leadership team who delivers excellence in customer flying experience, overall flight operations, and fleet management. We offer a benefits package, which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance. We invite experienced pilots who meet the stated minimum education and experience requirements (see below) to apply. We currently have an opening for a Challenger 300 Captain and Co-Captain.
EXPERIENCE:
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements. Applicants who do not meet ALL of these minimum requirements at the time of application will not be considered.
PILOT REQUIREMENTS:
· Typed and current in CL30 aircraft
· At least 4,000 hours Total Time (Fixed Wing)
· 2000 hours Pilot-in-Command time
· 1500 hours multi-Engine time
· FAA 1st Class Medical & ATP
· Valid Passport
· No Accidents, Incidents, or violations.
ADDITIONAL CAPTAIN REQUIREMENTS:
· 500 Challenger 300 total time
· 250 Challenger 300 PIC time
ADDITIONAL CO-CAPTAIN REQUIREMENTS:
· 250 Challenger 300 total time
· 100 Challenger 300 PIC time
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Must reside within a two-hour drivable commute. Individuals residing outside of the area willing to relocate on their own will be considered. This is not a commutable position.

Pay: $190,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
